This model of Tigra Track has just had a reworked double rubber stripe on the foxing so as to improve the form on the rubber toe bumper. This in various colour combinations is a very good seller in the El Ganso shops world wide.

We have introduced embroidered branding on some of the El Ganso collection following some Spanish shoe companies offering a copy of our original shoes.

These two new models which are variants upon the Classic Tigra are now available at elganso.com in most Spanish cities and many European cities.

Kawasaki shoes

The producer of this well known brand of shoes is handling some production for us at Tezla. Using these standard molds we can offer something with a different detail.

Made in Europe

A friend came into the office wearing this simple canvas shoe. It turned out to have come from Poland a few years ago. Now it is my job to locate the factory, make contact, arrange a visit to look into the factory archive and select models which have potential for our customers. These shall then need an update of fabric and some detailing to give a modern workable shoe.

Very reliable European shoe factory

Here you see El Ganso's classic Tigra shoe in various colour combinations following the stitching room being assembled by hand prior to going into the vulcanising chamber for the high temperature bonding process which gives them the tough bonded finish. These workers are very reliable and the factory manager is producing a very good volume of shoes for us.

100% cotton and Sri Lankan natural rubber for our shoes

These photos were taken on a recent trip to Czech Republic to locate a new fabric supplier. We are needing increasingly bigger quantities of coloured cotton fabrics for the production of our shoes with a better variety of colours. I found this supplier. Great looking factory. No smoking by the way!
